The Elite Guard Fleet

What is it? This fleet is our sailing fleet, with which we sail all over the Caribbean, sinking everything in sight, and defending tortuga, our home island.
How do you join? We ask that you use regular ships or war ships, no light ships please. Other then that, it's good if you have full sail, cause sometimes the fleet can get split up.
Leaders?
The person who calls the fleet shall lead it. Other then that, it is a free reign to the positioning of the ships.
